Dwight Johnson: President & CEO
Twenty-three years experience in the Transportation Industry most as the President and CEO of OmniTRAX, Inc., a short line railroad holding company. He has extensive experience managing operations, acquisitions and financing of rail, port, industrial development and intermodal activities. As well, Mr. Johnson has worked on projects in the US, Canada, the UK, and Eastern Europe. Mr. Johnson started with ITS in 2010.

Mary Van Koevering: Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Van Koevering started working for ITS in 2008. Following the purchase of ITS by the Carlyle Group she was brought on board to establish an independent finance organization. Under her direction, ITS has established state-of-the-art systems and a team of finance professionals. Ms. Van Koevering has over 25 years of accounting experience including public accounting and new company start ups. Prior to joining ITS, Ms. Van Koevering was the CFO for a unit of the Tribune Corporation.

Tom Alley: V.P. Operations – West Region
Mr. Alley began working for ITS in 1987. He has 35 years of experience in railroad and terminal operations. Mr. Alley started his career as a brakeman with the Southern Pacific Railroad and has subsequently held several positions including Trainmaster, Operations Manager, and Terminal Manager. Mr. Alley is also ITS ' ISO Management Representative.

Ron Teague: V.P. Operations – Central Region
Mr. Teague began working for ITS in 1988. He has 35 years of experience in intermodal operations with the Missouri Pacific, Santa Fe, and Southern Pacific railroads. Throughout his career, Mr. Teague has held positions as Assistant Terminal Manager and Terminal Manager.

Dwain Thomas: V.P. Operations – South/East/Mexico Region
Mr. Thomas began working for ITS in 1985. He has 31 years of experience in rail and intermodal operations working with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe, Southern Pacific, Illinois Central, and Kansas City Southern railroads. He has previously held a variety of operating positions and terminal management assignments.

Gary Wandachowicz: V.P. Operations – Chicago Region
Mr. Wandaschowicz began working for ITS in 1984. He has 26 years of experience in intermodal terminal operations which include experience working with the Burlington Northern, Conrail, Norfolk Southern, Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe, Union Pacific, and Illinois Central railroads. Prior to becoming a Regional Manager. Mr. Wandaschowicz held several terminal management positions. He is also a Managing Total Quality (“MTQ”) certified facilitator.

Dustin Melton: Vice President Environmental, Health and Safety
Mr. Melton has been with ITS for 22 years, and has been the Terminal Manager of the BNSF terminal in Kansas City for the last 11 years. His operational experience along with his commitment to safety will help ensure that ITS keeps its position as an industry leader in terminal safety.

Cheryl Brandmueller: Administration and Cost Control Manager
Ms. Brandmueller has 31 years of experience. She began her career as staff accountant and payroll manager and has spent the last 20 years working exclusively with ITS. Her responsibilities include budgeting and forecasting as well as preparation of bid proposals for new business opportunities.

Gary Hayden: Vice President – Human Resources
Over twenty years of experience in multiple industries including construction, telecommunications, steel processing, energy, and food packaging. Mr. Hayden has worked to establish an independent Human Resources function, and built a strong HR team and state of the art HR systems. He supports ITS’s efforts in multiple areas outside of Human Resources including payroll, office services, and information technologies. He holds an MS degree in Human Resources Management as well as an MBA in finance. Mr. Hayden started with ITS in 2008.
